Jan Rafael Lupomesky is a political consultant and analyst with eighteen years of experience in the public sector. In the past, he has worked as an advisor to the President of the Czech Republic, the Minister of Defence, several Members of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and Members of the European Parliament. He has also served as a senior legislative analyst for the Union of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Since 2016, he has been living permanently in Poland, where he analyses political risks in Central Europe for foreign investors, comments on Polish politics for CNN Prima News, both Czech and Polish public television CT24 and TVP, and publishes articles in leading daily newspapers such as Rzeczpospolita, MF Dnes, Lidové noviny, Echo, Magazyn Kontra and others. He also speaks at conferences and universities on Central Europe and the 3Seas Initiative and is a councillor of the Wrocław-Nadodrze ćity district. Privately, he is also the founder and chairman of the first Polish croquet club, Wroclaw Croquet Club.
