We are in the process of establishing LupoKorn European Advisory. Until its full establishment, we are operating through the Polish legal entity named below.

Objectives and legal basis for data processing

The objectives for processing your data include:

• Communicating with you regarding enquiries sent to the Controller via the contact form or by email, based on the legitimate interest in effective communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Archiving documents, compiling statistics and managing potential claims or defences against claims, necessary for fulfilling the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Sending marketing content (such as newsletters) by email, subject to your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, organisation if provided, and your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The message is forwarded to us by email and is not stored on the web server.

To protect the form against abuse, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that works without tracking cookies.

Term of data storage

Your personal data will be processed for the duration required to achieve the processing objectives, or until you object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw your consent where processing is consent-based. Following this, data will be retained until potential claims are barred by statutes of limitation or as required to fulfil legal obligations.

Recipient categories

Your data may be processed by the Controller’s subcontractors who assist in fulfilling operational duties, in particular our hosting and email providers. This website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc.

Data is processed with appropriate security measures to ensure personal data protection. Transfers outside the European Economic Area follow standard contractual clauses with adequate safeguards. For additional details, contact us at office@lupokorn.com.

The Controller does not engage in automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data and have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted
• data portability
• withdraw consent for personal data processing where consent is the basis
• object to the processing of your personal data where it is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest
• file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland) or the Austrian Data Protection Authority if you believe processing infringes the GDPR

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own domain; no content is loaded from third-party servers when you open a page.

Links to external websites (for example media outlets or Substack) lead to services operated by third parties, whose privacy policies apply once you follow the link.

Server logs

Using our website results in server log entries at our hosting provider. These logs contain IP addresses, timestamps and browser details. Server logs are used solely for website administration and security and are not linked to identifiable personal information.
